Flytxt clinches SaaS deal with
Vietnamese telco
Flytxt has secured a so ware as services agreement with
Vietnam's largest telecoms firm, Vie el Telecom. The company
will deploy its flagship product NEON-dX along with its partner
COMIT, a leading regional system integrator. It will enable
Vie el to be er understand its customers through learning
their behavior and predic ng what they want in real- me,
crea ng deeper and longer rela onships.

Flytxt wins a deal with a major telecoms firm in Gulf region for
deploying its flagship product NEON-dX. As a part of the deal,
the Flytxt solu on will be seamlessly integrated into the client's
big data pla orm and will help drive intelligent customer
engagement and value management across pre-paid and post-
paid services. Last year the company had also entered into an
NEW BRANDING agreement to deploy its Customer Value Management (CVM)
solu ons for Zain Group in eight markets across Middle-East and
Africa.
