The report lists vendors that provide packaged software for data assembly, analytics, and customer treatments. These treatments could be personalized messages, real-time interactions, product or content recommendations, outbound marketing campaigns, or customer journey orchestration.
Flytxt is reported as one of the major vendor offering campaign oriented CDP capabilities.
